Information We Collect

When you sign up, use Reviewbox, or contact us, we may collect information you provide, such as:

• Name, business name, email address, and phone number
• Business location details, review platform connections, and account settings
• Customer phone numbers and message content you upload or send through Reviewbox
• Billing details processed through our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
• Any other information you voluntarily submit

We may also collect standard website and app usage data (browser type, device, IP address, pages visited) through cookies and analytics tools.

If you connect third-party accounts such as Facebook, we receive information needed to maintain that connection (for example, page names, IDs, and access tokens). We use this solely to provide Reviewbox features you request.

How We Use Information

LifeSpring Design LLC uses this information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve Reviewbox
• Send and deliver SMS and email messages you request, including review requests and account notifications
• Process subscriptions and billing
• Provide customer support and service communications
• Maintain business records and meet legal obligations

If you opt in to SMS communications, we also use your phone number as described in our Terms & Conditions.

We do not import or sync Facebook reviews. Facebook-related data is used only to connect your page and create review request links.

Sharing of Information

LifeSpring Design LLC does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Reviewbox, such as hosting, email, SMS delivery, payment processing, analytics, and software platforms. These providers receive only what they need to perform services for us and may process data under their own privacy policies.

You may choose to link your data to third-party review platforms such as Google, Yelp, and Facebook. Those connections are at your discretion, and those platforms handle information according to their own policies.

Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.

We retain information only as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or removal from SMS communications, by contacting josh@lifespringdesign.com.

You may disconnect third-party integrations such as Facebook from your Reviewbox account settings at any time.

Mobile Phone Numbers and SMS

If you opt in, we collect mobile phone numbers to send transactional and service-related text messages, including review request links, kiosk sign-up confirmations, and account notifications sent on behalf of Reviewbox customers.

We may update this policy from time to time by posting changes on this page with a new effective date.
