Reviewbox Services and Accounts

Reviewbox helps businesses request and manage customer reviews through SMS, email, templates, review links, and related tools.

You agree to provide accurate account and business information and to use Reviewbox only for lawful business purposes.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before sending messages to your customers and for the content of messages you send through your account.

SMS and Text Messaging Program

LifeSpring Design LLC operates SMS programs on behalf of Reviewbox business customers and, where applicable, for direct account communications. Messages are transactional and service-related — not third-party marketing, lead selling, or affiliate promotions.

End recipients may receive SMS/text messages to help them leave a review, receive a review link, confirm kiosk sign-up, or receive other service-related communications on behalf of the business that requested the message.

Opt-in may occur when a person enters a mobile number on a Reviewbox kiosk, replies YES to a message from us, or otherwise provides explicit consent through a Reviewbox sign-up or messaging flow.

Consent is not required to create a Reviewbox account. Message frequency varies based on account activity and how often messages are sent. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us to be removed from SMS communications.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent data for third-party marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery may use trusted providers (such as Twilio) who process data only on our behalf.

Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans, trials, and billing terms are presented when you subscribe. Payments are processed by our payment provider; billing details are handled according to their security practices.

We may change pricing or plan features with notice as required by applicable law or your subscription terms.

Limitation of Liability

LifeSpring Design LLC provides Reviewbox and related communications on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Reviewbox or our SMS program, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time by posting changes on this page with a new effective date.
